Refund policy

Returns

We will gladly honor an exchange for your item(s) once you have obtained a return authorization code from us. We’re an independent shop, so please understand that we can only offer a refund if the item you received was defective or damaged. Non-returnable items include final sale items and intimate apparel. We have a 14-day return policy and must receive your return merchandise within 14 days of the date it was delivered to your shipping address. You will be responsible for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or damaged. To ensure that we receive your return package, we suggest obtaining tracking service from your shipper or purchasing shipping insurance. 

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached. We require that a receipt or proof of purchase be included in the return package.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a shop credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a credit certificate will be e-mailed to you.

 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the purchaser had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the purchaser and he/she will be made aware your return.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund within 10 days from date that we received your return package, please contact your credit card company since it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have taken these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us immediately at support@sheepinwolf.com or (888) 730-8555.
